Terrace House – Dalkey

Terrace House is a refined renovation and rear extension of a Victorian terraced house in Dalkey. The project preserves the character and rhythm of the historic street frontage while transforming the rear of the house into a bright, open-plan living space connected to the garden. Brick, render, glass, timber, stone, and marble are used throughout to balance old and new, with bespoke joinery, integrated lighting, a sculptural spiral staircase, and carefully upgraded insulation and glazing creating a warm contemporary family home within a traditional urban terrace.
