Waren Collins

Managing Director

Warren Collins has a wide range of experience in Project Management in the Construction and Development Industry, with a proven track record in delivering for his clients. Warren received a Degree in Business Studies specializing in Project Management from the University of Wales and a Diploma in Construction Studies from Dublin institute of Technology. Warren set up Collins Construction & Project Management in late 2008 after gaining experience in Ireland and abroad working for a number of large construction and development companies. It is this vast experience that has driven Warren and CCPM’s success and led to a reputation of professionalism and quality in the industry.

Dane Collins

Director

In the early years of his career Dane cut his teeth in the industry as a Junior Project Manager for a property developer building luxury homes in Dublin and the surrounding area. It was at this stage Dane graduated from Construction Management at Dublin Institute of Technology. With increased skills and moving senior project manager he maintained a strong attention to detail and pragmatic approach to management. In 2010 Dane joined Warren as a Director of Collins Construction Project Management and has been a key part of the success, driving high standards and managing staff and sub-contractors.

Conor Mac Crosain

Project Manager

After graduating from Dublin Institute of Technology with a Marketing Degree, Conor moved to San Francisco where he began working in Real Estate Development for one of California’s most active urban Developers, specialising in premium condominiums in San Francisco and Los Angles. After moving to Vancouver, British Columbia, Conor began project managing for a general contractor specialising in renovations and extensions where he gained valuable experience before joining CCPM in the summer of 2020.
